Our team consists of attorneys-at-law and advocates specialising in family law, criminal law, labour law and social security as well as in administrative law, civil law, construction law, intellectual property law and consumer protection law. We act quickly and effectively. We ensure recovery of debt claims due to our clients from entities that fail to comply with their payment obligations. We provide assistance at each stage of debt collection, starting with drafting and sending a request for payment to the debtor through legal representation of a client before court to the drafting of a motion for the initiation of enforcement proceedings. We recover pre-trial, out-of-court and pre-enforcement debt, including debt in the course of enforcement proceedings or after the collection of debt by a court enforcement officer to no effect, as well as debt claims barred by the statute of limitations.

FOUNDING PARTNER, ATTORNEY-AT-LAW.
The attorney-at-law having many years’ experience in the provision of legal services to business entities and individuals, specialising in business law, real estate law as well as labour law and collective bargaining. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź and completed post-graduate studies in business law at School of Commerce and International Economics in Warsaw. She has been practising as a lawyer since 2006. She worked, among others, for Agora SA, PKN Orlen SA, PZU Pomoc SA, Karen Notebook SA and Protektor SA. She is a pro bono President of the court of arbitration at “Mieszkanicznik” association.
FOUNDING PARTNER, ADVOCATE.
She practises primarily as the attorney ad litem in civil and commercial litigation proceedings as well as in administrative proceedings before public administration authorities and administrative courts in cases regarding corporate disputes. She gained many years’ experience as an assistant to a judge in the Regional Court in Warsaw. She uses her professional knowledge obtained during her work at court in handling out-of-court disputes, with account taken of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. She graduated from the Lazarski University.
FOUNDING PARTNER, ADVOCATE.
He specialises in real estate trade law, family law and criminal law. In 2011, he was awarded a medal for the “Merit to the Justice” by the Minister of Justice for his pro bono work for victims of violence as part of the Victims of Violence Support Programme of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Poland. After he graduated from the Jagiellonian University, he completed the court traineeship and, subsequently, was licensed as a judge and state prosecutor. He has been practising as an attorney-at-law since 2005 and in 2007 he became a member of the Regional Bar Association in Kraków.
